Game description

This game is more suitable for older children. Most likely, young children would get a little confused. The game starts by building teams of 2 participants each. One of them is the leader, the other one gets blindfolded. Both children are supposed to touch each other by their fingertips. The leading child walks the other kid through the room. If that works fine, try it again but this time, the kids are only supposed to touch one another by their ring fingers. Every so often the game leader makes a certain sound which the children are supposed to memorize. After a little while, the kids let go of one another altogether and walk through the room. The challenge now is to navigate just by the sounds they hear. When that works, the kids can change roles. After the game, it is advisable to have a group discussion. – What did you like, what not? What could be improved? This game is meant to create a well-knit group which knows that they can rely on each other.
