Game description

To find a meaningful pastime for children and young people is not always easy. However, sometimes it is just the little things providing the most fun and excitement. During summer time this could be part of the Olympics, encouraging the kids to a lot of ingenuity to sporting accomplishments. There is even room for the ladle. To prepare for the game, divide the group into two equal teams and place a water bucket each about 3-5m ahead of the group. One is filled with water the other one empty. Each team receives a ladle. The objective is to scoop the water from one bucket as fast as possible into the other bucket. The game is over when the first bucket now is empty and the other one filled up instead.

The team putting the water from one bucket to the other first is the winner of the competition. As a reward, the winning team gets the bucket of the other team as well to pour the water of both buckets over the opposing team.
