Game description

A nice game that gets people together. It is also ideal for work colleagues and adolescents. Everybody gets a piece of paper stuck on his back. Next, everybody gets a pen and writes personal characteristics of the person with the note on his back. For example: "I like you because you're so funny." Everyone is allowed to express his own opinion. Just take your time for this exercise. If you play relaxing music, that might help. It is important that you feel good about what you write on the note and that it is true. Just inventing something for the heck of it does make no sense. When all are finished, one by one they people take off their note and read it – and maybe be amazed. Sometimes we just do not see or appreciate our positive sides. That is a game where we learn how other people see us. If you play that with older children, it's ok, to write some of their negative characteristics as well. This should help that one better fits in the group. When it comes to negative characteristics, then this has to be followed by a group discussion.
