There are many ideas for an obstacle course which can take place on a piece of grass, a playground or even in a sports hall. If there are 3-4 possible obstacles available, it’s enough.
- Run over a tree trunk.
- Balance along some benches.
- Roll under a bench.
- crawl through a hanging tyre
- climb over an obstacle (crate)
- a rope ladder / climb up a climbing frame
- jump over an obstacle
- run through a drain pipe
- run up a slide
- run through a slalom
- complete a course with a bobby car.
An individual judging can take place or as soon as a person has completed the course it is the next person’s turn. The group’s overall time is noted down.
