The following estimation exercises are easy to do: Matches or peas, coins or glass marbles are filled into an empty jam jar with a lid. The group must decide on the number of objects found in the jar. The interesting thing is how the group makes their decision.
The group must guess the weight of a stone, the amount of water in a tub or the length of a piece of string
The closer the group comes to the correct answer, the more points are awarded. The best team gets the most points.
