The first runner fetches a sponge full of water from a source (brook, bath tub). He runs back to the team and squeezes the sponge out into a bucket. Then it is the next runner’s turn.
If you do not have any sponges there is another option. Instead of sponges the group has to take water using their t-shirts or socks.
The winning team is the team who has the most water in the bucket after 5 minutes or the game is over once a bucket is filled.
