Two (or more) players sit back to back with legs stretched out in front of them. They must try to stand up without using their arms. The more people taking part, the harder it is for the group to co-ordinate. However it is a nice co-operation game and serves as an ice-breaker game to break down fear of physical contact.
no scoring is required. If there are two groups you might want to have a competition and get all players to stand up together.
